GMFA Confidence Course returns

Let your confidence bloom, 'tis the season to take stock. And words to that confident effect. Gay Men Fighting AIDS and their popular Building Your Confidence Course are back this July as further funding ensures the lessons they teach in life, love and the bedroom can return.

Run by GMFA and trainers from local charities the courses have had a marked effect in many gay men’s lives. One course participant said of the course “Before, I always seemed to let the other guy make the running and, by default, take charge. I always found myself being pushed into situations that I didn’t really want. Now I feel, and am, much more in charge and have no hesitation in saying no when I do not want to go in that direction. I feel that my partners respect me far more as a result.”

So if you fancy taking charge of your life – and charging up that all important confidence of yours - you know what to do. Confidence can easily appear something you are born with but as with life, love and the bedroom, it that needs care and attention. Help GMFA nurture yours.
