Red Cross Rouge...
review
On Saturday the Shilling was transformed for a night of rouged up, charitable splendour to raise money for the Red Cross.
It was an electric atmosphere! The appreciative crowd had really got into the spirit of things by dressing in red and knocking back drinks designed especially for the night (all red themed of course) as they were entertained by the slick singing of Suchy and her sax player. As well as these musical delights a hugely successful raffle was staged with a range of lovely prizes... one lucky clubber even walked away with a year's free entry to the club! Now that's charity for you!
The star of the night was of course Amber who organised a fantastic fundraiser and told us, “The British Red Cross will benefit massively from this nothing short of amazing night!”

about Queenshilling
|
The Queenshilling, or ‘Q/S’ as it’s affectionally known in these parts, has been an integral part of Bristol’s Gay scene for many years. Having recently benefited from a swanky refurbishment, the colour and style of the bustling bar area very much reflects the reputation the club upholds as the place to be out and be seen on the Bristol Gay scene.
