Break!!!...
review
We’d seen the posters everywhere and of course got excited by the line up and the night certainly didn’t fail to deliver to expectations.
As we arrived the queue was huge despite the night having been going for hours and... well... to say it was busy when we got inside would be a slight understatement! We were greeted by smiley faces and a real mix of people, all there for the common cause of wanting to dance.
Downstairs we enjoyed Drum & Bass delights from like likes of Aquasky and Decoder & Substance whilst upstairs we were wowed by the vocal talents of Sian from Kosheen. Dazzled by the Diablo skills on stage and dancing as we snapped away, it was just a shame we didn’t have the stamina (or battery power) to stay for a DJ set by The Orb but more partying ‘Flat 22’ style was calling...
Having discovered the night Break!!! Earlier in the month at The Croft it was refreshing to see a night take off on a much larger scale at Clockwork and we’re already looking forward to the next one.
