Tonight saw not only a celebration of all things camp and cheesy with one of the newest nights to hit the Queenshilling’s calendar, Lollipop, but also a chance to wish owner Paul a very Happy 43rd Birthday.

The School Disco special meant the club had everything from a tuck shop offering free sweets to a dragged up lollipop lady doing the rounds and for some reason even the odd traffic cone or two!

With Stevie J on the decks spinning a selection of Dance, Chart and Cheese as only he does best, the dancefloor was full from start to finish. As the clock struck 1, the stage was cleared for Paul’s birthday surprise in the shape of the wonderful Claudia Patrice. Singing her heart out and leaving the beaming Birthday Boy stunned beyond belief, she stole the show and belted out hit after hit.

Surrounded by friends and family and a packed club we hope Paul certainly had a birthday to remember...
